Q1: What does Qyonz do?
A: Qyonz is a B2B OEM/ODM and private label cosmetics manufacturer. We develop, fill and package skincare, haircare, bodycare, color cosmetics and fragrances for brands, retailers, distributors and online sellers worldwide.
Q2: Which countries do you work with?
A: We work with clients from North America, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, Asia-Pacific and more. As long as your market complies with local cosmetic regulations, we can support you with documentation and production.
Q3: What product categories can you manufacture?
A: Our main categories include skincare (creams, serums, lotions, masks), haircare (shampoos, conditioners, treatments, color), bodycare (body lotions, washes, scrubs), color cosmetics, fragrances and related beauty products.
2. MOQ & Pricing
Q4: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: MOQ depends on the product and packaging, but we are friendly to small and indie brands. For many items, we can start from low MOQs for market testing, and scale up smoothly as your sales grow.
Q5: Can you support small trial orders or test batches?
A: Yes. We understand that new brands need to test the market first. We can discuss a smaller first order quantity based on the formula and packaging you choose.
Q6: How is pricing calculated?
A: Pricing is based on formula complexity, active ingredients, packaging type, order quantity and any special requirements (certifications, testing, extra services). After we understand your project details, we will provide a clear quotation.
3. Formulas & R&D
Q7: Can you develop custom formulas, or only use your existing ones?
A: We offer both. You can choose from our library of existing formulas for faster launch, or work with our R&D team to develop a custom formula based on your concept, target market and budget.
Q8: Who owns the formula?
A: For standard in-house formulas, Qyonz keeps the base formula and you have the right to use it for your brand. For fully custom projects, ownership and exclusivity can be discussed and confirmed in the contract or NDA.
Q9: Can you match or improve an existing product?
A: Yes, we can take an existing market reference as inspiration and develop a similar performance profile while respecting regulations and intellectual property. Our goal is to create something that fits your brand and market, not to copy 100% exactly.
4. Samples
Q10: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes. We can provide existing formula samples or custom lab samples. Sample fees and shipping costs depend on the number of items and the complexity of the project. In some cases, sample fees can be deducted from your first bulk order.
Q11: How long does it take to receive samples?
A: Existing formula samples usually take around 7–10 working days to prepare and dispatch. Custom lab samples typically take 10–20 working days depending on the brief and number of revisions.
5. Production & Lead Time
Q12: What is your typical lead time for mass production?
A: After sample approval, artwork confirmation and deposit, normal lead time is around 30–45 days for most products. Special packaging, special raw materials or peak seasons may require more time.
Q13: Can you handle urgent orders?
A: We will always check our production schedule and try to support urgent orders when possible. Please tell us your target launch date as early as you can so we can plan capacity for you.
6. Quality & Certifications
Q14: What quality standards and certifications do you have?
A: Our facilities follow GMPC and ISO standards (such as ISO9001, ISO22716 and ISO14001). We also work with certified raw material suppliers and follow strict quality control from incoming materials to finished products.
Q15: Do you conduct product testing?
A: Yes. We can arrange stability testing, microbiological testing, safety assessment, and other tests such as heavy metals when required. Test scope depends on your target market and your brand’s positioning.
7. Compliance & Documentation
Q16: Can you support EU, UK or US (FDA) compliance?
A: We can provide the necessary product information such as INCI list, MSDS, COA and basic test reports. For EU/UK PIF or US registration, we can coordinate with your local regulatory partner or consultant.
Q17: Do you sign NDAs?
A: Yes. We understand that product concepts and brand strategies are confidential. We are happy to sign an NDA before detailed discussions if required.
8. Packaging & Design
Q18: Do you provide packaging sourcing and design services?
A: Yes. We can source bottles, jars, tubes, pumps and boxes from our trusted packaging partners. We can also support you with artwork templates and basic design guidance, or work with your designer’s final files.
Q19: Can I use my own packaging supplier?
A: Yes. You can ship your own packaging materials to our factory. We will need to confirm compatibility, quality standards and delivery schedule before production.
9. Shipping & Payment
Q20: What shipping terms do you offer?
A: We can work with EXW, FOB, CIF and other standard Incoterms. We can ship to your warehouse, 3PL, Amazon FBA center or your distributor depending on your needs.
Q21: What payment terms do you accept?
A: Typically we work with a deposit before production and balance before shipment. Exact terms can be discussed based on order size and cooperation history.

Q23: How fast do you usually reply?
A: We usually reply within 12–24 hours on working days via email or WhatsApp. For complex projects we may need a bit more time to collect detailed information before replying with a full proposal.
